Dosage
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day at least 20 minutes before meals, with sufficient liquid. If necessary, the capsules can be taken after meals. If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, you can open the capsule and pour its contents into a lukewarm drink and drink at least 20 minutes before meals.
Warning
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.
Storage
The capsules are filled using AirControl Technology, and are additionally protected by a special blister that prevents access to oxygen and moisture. This makes the bacteria highly stable. Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25 ⁰C. Improper storage may result in a decrease in the number of live bacteria. Keep out of the reach of small children.
