Dosage<\/h2>\n

Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day at least 20 minutes before meals, with sufficient liquid. If necessary, the capsules can be taken after meals. If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, you can open the capsule and pour its contents into a lukewarm drink and drink at least 20 minutes before meals.<\/p>\n

This makes the bacteria highly stable. Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25 \u2070C. Improper storage may result in a decrease in the number of live bacteria.
